The Nanung Peace Initiative (NPI) is honored to announce that Most Rev. Philip Naameh, the distinguished Chairman of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Ghana, will deliver a keynote address at the “Traditional and Religious Leaders’ Advocacy for Peaceful Elections in Ghana 2024” event. This significant gathering will take place on November 2, 2024, at the UDS Multi-Purpose Auditorium in Tamale, from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
As a leading voice in Ghana’s Christian community and an advocate for social justice, Most Rev. Philip Naameh will speak on the pivotal topic: “The Impact of Youth Engagement in Electoral Processes.” His address will reflect the Catholic Church’s longstanding commitment to youth development and its emphasis on the role of young people in building a peaceful and democratic society.
